HLB Zambia2024·Secure voting platform
A scheme-of-arrangement vote members could trust
A legally-weighted creditors' vote, run online without losing a shred of trust.

- The brief
- A scheme of arrangement is a court-sanctioned restructuring: votes are taken by class, the result can be challenged, and eligibility and confidentiality have to be beyond question. A survey tool cannot carry that weight — the standard is whether the result would survive a dispute.
- What we built
- A custom secure voting platform: class-based ballots (for or against the scheme), a guided ballot → review → confirmation flow, verified eligibility, one vote per member, and a tally that is auditable after the fact without ever exposing an individual ballot.
- Outcome
- Used to run a real creditors' scheme-of-arrangement vote with the integrity a legal process demands — clear ballots, controlled access, and a defensible result.
