A national professional body's board election — eligibility-gated, anonymous, auditable.

The brief

Only fully paid-up members eligible, one vote each, a selection compulsory for every position, a hard voting deadline, and confidentiality throughout — the requirements of a real institutional election, not a poll.

What we built

An eligibility-gated ballot across every board position — President, Vice President, Membership Chairperson and more — with an abstain option, a frozen voter roll at the declared cutoff, an enforced voting window, review-before-submit, and anonymous ballots.

Outcome

Delivered the IIA Zambia 2026 board elections as a secure, auditable online vote that strengthened the Institute's own governance.
