The brief

Florence runs a mobile notary practice across Ottawa, Orleans, Rockland and the GTA — there is no office for clients to visit. The site had to make that model obvious at a glance, explain exactly what she can and can't notarise, be upfront about pricing, and turn a visitor into a booked appointment without friction.

What we built

A brand-led marketing site: a clear breakdown of services (certified true copies, affidavits and oaths, statutory declarations, travel consent letters, powers of attorney), a plain three-step "how it works", transparent from-$35 pricing, an FAQ that answers what people actually ask before booking, and an appointment-request flow that hands the enquiry straight to Florence. Mobile-first throughout, since clients reach it on the move.
